The Global Exponential Senior Leadership Programme (G-ESLP) is a four week long certified online programme aimed at providing insights on growth in the midst of crisis. Primarily aimed at senior executives, through an experiential learning journey, participants reflect on their own practice through the various ideas provided through the four themes.
Taught by experts from the Leeds University Business School, each theme will consist of webinars each week augmented by virtual reflective peer discussions.

Participants who successfully complete the Global Exponential Senior Leadership Programme will be awarded a certificate from the Leeds University Business School co-branded with IPF and FICCI.
